This 20' x 20' Premium Canopy Pole Tent in white is an excellent addition to any business or special residential event. Its versatile use is ideal for your outdoor events like weddings, graduations, church functions and reunions that are held on grass or soft ground surfaces. (Although pole tents can be used on blacktop or asphalt, this will require the use of heavy-duty stakes and a stake driver to drill into the ground. The use of these premium pole tents is not recommended on concrete surfaces.)

This generously sized 20' x 20' tent can accommodate up to 80 guests and covers approximately 400 sq. ft. This party tent unit has an overall height of 14'10" and is expandable. You'll appreciate that it is easy to set up and is made from high-quality materials that are made to last throughout many years of use. All necessary materials and hardware for installation and setup are included within this party tent kit; however, sidewalls and other accessories are sold separately on our website.

The tent top is constructed from our best-quality blockout PVC vinyl. This material is 100% waterproof, resistant to mold, mildew and flame. It also has a strong, durable finish that is coated for additional UV protection and will not show staining. The top has reinforced aluminum plates sewn into all points for heavy-duty installation, as well as 1" heat-sealed bonded seams for added strength and durability. Ropes have been permanently installed into the top and allow for the easy addition of sidewalls, available in several sizes and different styles (e.g. windowless or with windows), sold separately.

The side and center poles of this party tent unit are constructed from heavy-duty anodized aluminum. Anodized aluminum is an durable, lightweight alternative to steel poles that is highly resistant to rusting and corrosion. It also won't stain your tent tops or sidewalls.

This high-peak party tent is a stylish unit that is easily assembled and secured by one of our high-quality stake drivers (sold separately). Their size and classic look make them ideal for a wide range of indoor and outdoor events and are a smart and useful addition to party tent rental businesses.

In addition to their aesthetic appeal, these high-peak frame tents are popular because they have fewer fittings and parts than traditional pole or frame tents. This 400 sq. ft. tent has an eave height of 8'. High-peak frame tent units have no center poles or obstructions that touch the ground in the center of the tent; instead, they use cross cables and a frame tension design to optimize room to accommodate guests and/or equipment. The 2.5" diameter heavy duty, commercial-grade frame is constructed from 1/8" thick anodized schedule-40 aluminum. This premium construction provides more strength than the use of raw aluminum: anodized aluminum is highly resistant to rusting, corrosion and oxidation. Over the long run, this rust resistance and long wear will ensure that your tent poles will not leave any unsightly stains on your tent top and will greatly extend the longevity of your tent.

The one-piece tent top of this premium unit is made of our best quality 16-ounce blockout PVC vinyl. This provides 100% waterproof shelter that is resistant to mold, mildew and flame. All panels on the top are bonded with 1" heat-sealed, overlapping seams for added strength and durability. All necessary tent components are included in the purchase of this tent; however, sidewalls must be purchased separately.
