DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A BLOWER TO OPERATE MY NEW INFLATABLE?

No, your blower is included with your inflatable. Every inflatable you purchase from Pogo Bounce House will come with a free Zoom Blower. We will ship the perfect Zoom blower for your new inflatable. You do not need to do anything to receive your free blower. Your blower will automatically be packed with your shipment. Your blower will be brand new and in it's original box. Zoom Blowers are the only UL and ULC listed blowers on the market. They are stackable and durable. Zoom blowers come standard with a lighted cord. You can add on additional blowers at a reduced price and no additional shipping.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCTS?

Absolutely. If you change your mind or order the wrong item you can return your item within 30 days of purchase as long as it is unused and in it's original packaging. Inflatables must be shrink wrapped and banded to the their pallet and we will arrange the freight back once your item is ready. If your item came via Fed Ex, you can return it unused via any trackable shipping method. You will pay the price to ship the item back to our warehouse where we will receive the item in and give you your refund. If you are returning an inflatable via freight, your refund will be less our 25% restocking fee. If you are exchanging your inflatable for another item of equal or greater value, there is no restocking fee. To return your order please contact us at 888-673-4273 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number and specific shipping directions for your return.

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?

If your box or pallet order is noticeably damaged upon delivery, do not let the driver go without inspecting your item first. If you sign for a freight order that is noticeably damaged then we may lose many of our rights to claim the damage for you. As soon as you realize your item is damaged please call us at 888-673-4273 so we can put together a damage claim and get your item replaced. Damage claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery. If your item has been damaged during the shipping process, there is no cost to you return the item or to receive the replacement item.

WHAT ARE YOUR METHODS OF SHIPPING?

We use Fed Ex ground shipping on all orders under 75 pounds and common carrier freight on most orders over 75 lbs (some can still go Fed Ex). You are welcome to call to expedite Fed Ex Ground shipping orders 888-673-4273. It is difficult to expedite LTL Freight Orders and there are no guarantees on delivery date unless you are purchasing a full truckload of inventory. If you have specific delivery date you need to meet, please call us and let us know what you need.

DO I HAVE TO BE THERE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY?

Usually. All Fed Ex orders over $75 require a signature for delivery. All Freight orders require a signature for delivery. Orders under $75 may be delivered without your signature. You can always contact Fed Ex to pick up from their location.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A LOADING DOCK OR FORKLIFT TO ACCEPT MY PALLET FREIGHT DELIVERY?

All shipping on our inflatables is to a commercial business address with a loading dock or forklift to accept the freight. If you do not have a loading dock or forklift, you can ask us to deliver to our closest freight terminal. Sometimes, this may be as far as an hour away but we will let you know well in advance where our freight docks are in your area. You will need to show your driver's license to the freight dock before they will release your order. You can also ask us to deliver to your home. Home delivery requires a special lift gate truck and is an additional $125 added on to your shipping rate.

HOW DOES HOME DELIVERY WORK?

Home delivery allows your pallet to be delivered on a smaller liftgate truck. The delivery is curbside. The driver will offload the pallet near your curb and it is your responsibility to move it to your home, garage, backyard etc. The driver will call and set up a time before delivering. You must be home to sign for the freight and you cannot have a neighbor sign for you. If you have any questions about home delivery please contact us at 888-673-4273

HOW DOES YOUR FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS WORK?

All Hot Deals have free shipping as part of their special price. Free shipping is to a commercial business address with a loading dock or forklift. Free shipping can also be to our nearest freight dock to your location. You can add on home delivery liftgate service by paying an additional $125 for the liftgate truck.
